In 2025, I completed my masters in psychology. The finding from my final study was clear: the environment you’re in changes what you believe you’re capable of.
The study found that the biggest blockers to business growth aren’t strategy gaps. They’re psychological ones – specifically, low self-belief and the very modern fear of ‘visibility risk’.
In completing this study, I also found that BOTH of these things can be dramatically shifted through group mentoring.
This is why Straight Line Through isn’t just a curriculum. It’s a carefully designed incubator – an environment built on the three conditions that the research shows are required for real change:
